1. Agreement to Terms & Nature of Platform

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and purchase of firecrackers from Magizh Crackers, located at Kailasampalayam, Neikkarappatti, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu — 637209.

Our website serves as an informative digital catalog and price estimation tool. Submitting an itemized list through our website or price calculator constitutes an initial order enquiry or estimate request. All orders are finalized, verified, and confirmed directly with our store team via phone call or WhatsApp consultation.

2. Pricing & Order Verification Disclaimer

All cracker prices displayed on our website and calculated in the online estimation tool reflect wholesale factory rates based on current stock. However, prices and product availability are subject to seasonal revisions, raw material cost variations, and market demand.

The prices displayed on the website are indicative wholesale estimates and are not a guaranteed final price. Once you place your order or submit an enquiry estimate, our team will review current stock availability and connect with you directly via phone call or WhatsApp to verify and confirm the finalized payable amount before any order is scheduled or dispatched.

During peak festive rush, if certain specific items become temporarily unavailable, our team will inform you during the confirmation call and suggest equivalent quality alternatives only with your explicit approval.

3. Strict No-Cancellation, No-Refund & No-Exchange Policy

Due to the hazardous, highly regulated, and seasonal nature of pyrotechnic fireworks, all sales are considered final once placed and confirmed.

• No Cancellations: Once an order is placed and confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp, it is immediately processed for warehouse staging, packing, and dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• No Refunds: We do not issue cash, bank, or UPI refunds under any circumstances once payment is completed or the order is confirmed.
• No Exchanges: Products once collected from our store or dispatched via parcel transport cannot be returned or exchanged for other varieties.

We strongly urge all customers to review their selected varieties, quantities, delivery town, and order total thoroughly with our team during the confirmation call before giving final approval.

4. Payment Terms

We accept convenient and secure payment methods including Cash, Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM UPI.

For parcel bookings and regional transit across Tamil Nadu, orders are scheduled for protective packing and dispatched upon verification of payment. Official invoice estimates are provided for all transactions.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Store Pickup

• Direct Store Pickup: Customers are always welcome to visit our permanent crackers shop in Kailasampalayam, Tiruchengode (open 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM all 365 days) to inspect products and collect orders in person.
• Local Delivery: Doorstep delivery is available across Tiruchengode town and nearby areas in Namakkal district.
• Regional Transit (Tamil Nadu): Outstation orders to other districts (Salem, Erode, Coimbatore, Karur, Trichy, Madurai, Chennai, etc.) are fulfilled via authorized bus cargo or licensed road transport parcel services to local parcel collection hubs.

6. Fireworks Bursting Safety & Complete Disclaimer of Liability

Firecrackers are combustible pyrotechnic goods that require strict caution, responsible handling, and adherence to safety protocols.

Transfer of Risk & Post-Purchase Custody:
Once an order has been collected in person, received from parcel transit, or delivered, the complete physical custody, ownership, and risk transfer entirely to the customer. Magizh Crackers, its management, proprietors, and staff bear strictly no responsibility or liability for any incident, accident, bodily injury, burn, fire outbreak, property damage, or loss of any nature that occurs at any point after you purchase and receive your crackers, or during their subsequent storage, handling, lighting, or bursting.

Customers, handlers, and adult supervisors assume 100% full personal risk and responsibility when possessing, handling, and using fireworks.

By purchasing from or accepting delivery from Magizh Crackers, you agree to observe the following mandatory safety protocols at all times:

• Strict Adult Supervision: Children must never handle, carry, or ignite fireworks unsupervised. All firework activities involving minors must occur under the direct and active supervision of a responsible adult.
• Outdoor Bursting Only: Always ignite crackers in wide, clear outdoor spaces. Never burst crackers indoors, in enclosed corridors, inside balconies, or near parked vehicles, dry vegetation, thatched roofs, or electrical installations.
• Safe Lighting Technique: Use an agarbatti (incense stick) or sparkler to light fuses at arm's length. Never bend directly over fireworks while lighting.
• Water & Sand Readily Available: Always keep two full buckets of water or sand adjacent to the bursting area for immediate extinguishing and safe disposal of used sparkler rods.
• Never Relight Duds: If a firework fails to ignite, do not examine, touch, or approach it immediately. Wait at least 15 minutes, then douse it thoroughly with water from a safe distance.
• Protective Attire: Wear fitted cotton clothing and sturdy footwear. Never wear loose, synthetic, or flowing garments while igniting fireworks.
